I hopped on live chat to learn more about the company and was pleasantly surprised to get in touch with a representative almost immediately. I first met with Jeremy K. who, unable to answer my questions, passed me over to a fellow named Bill. Bill did a good job of telling about WebHostingHub’s data center, offices and plans, but then gave me a hard sell. No matter how many times I told Bill that I was just pricing plans and wasn’t interested in signing up that day, he kept pushing. Convinced I’d caught someone on an off day, I called WebHostingHub the following day and spoke with a sales rep, but he also pushed a sale. I was unimpressed.
