Sales
I had some difficulty locating VPSwebserver’s uptime guarantee on their website and turned to their sales department for answers. VPSwebserver takes sales questions by email, live chat and telephone. Live chat isn’t actually live 24/7, so I wasn’t able to connect there. I did get an almost immediate response by telephone though. I found the sales rep to be pleasant to deal with and exceptionally attentive.

Setup
I purchased the VPS 512 plan from VPSwebserver.com. After filling out a short order form and paying, I had an invoice in my email inbox a short time later, followed by an official welcome letter. One nice feature about VPSwebserver is that when they’re running a sale, they feature the coupon code right on the order page of their website so that anyone can get in on the deal. Sweet!

Billing
Payment can be made to VPSwebserver with a major credit card through Moneybookers or 2checkout. I was billed properly, never incurring fees for things I hadn’t ordered. I also had no problems cancelling my account.

Pricing
The lowest priced VPS package comes with 512 megabytes of RAM, 2 CPU cores, 50 gigabytes of disk space and 500 gigabytes of bandwidth. Normal price for this package is $29.95 a month, but I managed to pick it up on sale for $19.95. The regular price is well within average in the VPS industry and the sale price is surely a bargain.

Reliability

My hardware proved to be rock solid and 100% reliable.

Support

VPSwebserver supports customers by a trouble ticket system, telephone, email or live chat. I found live chat to be the most unreliable. They’re not always online and when they are, I was most often referred to submit a trouble ticket. That’s not entirely uncommon, as most hosts want a record of service calls. Trouble tickets take an hour or so to be responded to, which is slightly longer than most VPS companies. On a more positive note, support engineers really know their stuff and open tickets are handled efficiently and accurately. Plus, VPSwebserver offers a 1-hour support by email guarantee, or you’ll be refunded one day’s service for each extra thirty minutes it takes them to respond. (Priority support is also offered for an additional $30.)

Uptime
I employ a premium uptime monitor to keep track of domains and websites. According to my monitor, VPSwebserver maintained 100% uptime during my stay.
