ViUX Systems, Inc. (formally Perfect Webz), was established in the fourth quarter of 1997 as a Sole-Proprietorship. In the second quarter of 2003 the name Perfect Webz was changed to ViUX Systems, and the legal structure was changed from a Sole-Proprietorship to an S-Corporation.
Located in Raleigh / Durham (RDU) North Carolina, within the Research Triangle Park (RTP) area... ViUX Systems utilizes multiple Internet Data Centers (IDC's), which are located in RTP (Durham), Raleigh, Chicago, Iowa, and Dallas... among other locations throughout the United States.

Our mission is to provide individuals and businesses of all types and sizes with the Technology Services and Web / Internet Systems required to offer their products and services to the world... with Vision, Understanding, & eXperience.

ViUX™ itself began as a home based business in 1997 under our former name (Perfect Webz). From 1997 through 2003, we not only survived the so-called "Dot-Com Bust", which saw the end of countless Internet based companies, but we actually grew in both customer base and service offerings until finally we had outgrown the name "Perfect Webz". Therefore in 2003, we purchased the domain name "viux.com" for $300 and changed our name to ViUX Systems, along with changing our legal structure from being a Sole-Proprietorship to that of an S-Corporation.
Since 2003 ViUX has seen continued growth right through the economic recession of 2008 / 2009, and we are well positioned to continue this successful trend. ViUX Systems owns and operates several other Web Hosting and Internet Technology Service brands, and we are always looking to create or acquire more.
ViUX has also partnered with many large and reputable companies where it makes sense to do so, as we have no desire to "re-invent the wheel". Our partners include: Microsoft, Parallels, SmarterTools, Comodo, Verisign, eNom, SoftLayer, LayeredTech / FastServers... and others.
