Sales questions can be asked by email, telephone or live chat. I had only a few simple questions, so I jumped on live chat. Initial response time is quick and it took only a few seconds before a sales rep connected to speak with me. Getting useful answers, though, was a different story. It took more than three minutes for my sales representative to tell me where their data center was located and twice that to find out what sort of control panels were offered. And when I asked if UltraHosting offered a money back guarantee, I was directed to email that question to support. Not very convincing or helpful.

Accounts are signed up for online, a process that takes just moments. I expected several hours of wait time before getting my Linux VPS details, but my server was actually ready for use in less than 20 minutes. Impressive!

I found that tickets that were not marked as urgent were slow in being answered, often taking more than a day to be responded to. The level of support is exceptional, however.
