I wanted to find out if UBservers had a money back guarantee, so I attempted to contact the sales team. UBservers gives sales support via telephone, live chat and an online form. The telephone number produced a constant busy signal for three days, live chat was unavailable over an entire weekend and after 48 hours of waiting, I gave up expecting to hear back from UBservers by email. Very disappointing!
