Softsys excels at customer service and I found them to offer topnotch, personalized help at each and every turn. Softsys was able to address my hosting questions as well as assist me with general website issues. It takes 10 minutes on average for Softsys to respond to an email or Trouble Ticket question. Can’t say enough about the excellent support!

I've been with Softsys for more than a year now, overall I'm pretty happy with them. I hope they would send an email for scheduled maintenance though.
