Email support takes the longest, averaging a few hours but sometimes dragging out for a day or two, and telephone and live chat support were quick, but not always helpful. The few times I used live chat support I was told that my issues were too complicated for that venue, and I needed to either phone in my troubles or post to email. While helpful, support is a mixed bag and a little slow. The quickest support, ironically, came from the JaguarPC forums where other users were able to address my concerns and questions within moments of posting.
