I would normally think this would slow down the process of sign-up, but my phone call came within minutes of paying for my new account, and it was rather nice being welcomed to my new hosting company personally. If you pay three years in advance, you can take advantage of the advertised $4.95/month charge, but those wanting to go month-to-month with GreenGeeks will have to shell out $14.95 a month, plus pay a $15 setup fee. GreenGeeks’ pricing structure is excellent, but only if paying well in advance. Most hosts offer month-to-month plans much cheaper, and don’t make you suffer with a setup fee. On the plus side, GreenGeeks offers a $30 coupon during checkout that you can use to reduce the cost of your pre-paid plan.
