DiscountASP offers one simple plan to which features can be added for a fee. Their base plan includes 1 gigabyte of space and 80 gigabytes of bandwidth for $10/month. If paying by the year, customers can get three months free, bringing the total down to $7.50/month. DiscountASP is priced at least slightly higher than the competition and charges a bit more for things like MS-SQL, which runs $10/month.

Uptime
My premium uptime monitor indicated that DiscountASP maintained a solid 99.99% uptime rating over a two year period.

Sales questions can be asked on DiscountASP.net’s online forum or by email. I sent a few questions by email and was surprised to have very detailed answers in hand in under five minutes. My next set of questions was responded to in less than three minutes. All answers were thorough and not a single question went unanswered. Kudos!

Though they do not give out telephone or live chat support, questions sent to email or the support portal are answered lightning fast and in great detail. I'm very satisfied with this web host that I applied and got a credit card specially t be able to buy a plan from Doscount ASP.NET. They got the latest technologies asp.net 3.5 and 4.0 but I think 1GB is a little less for $10 a month.

The support response time is awesome, I needed to use it once so far and I got a good answer in 15 minutes.

I had to buy SQL Server Database separately, which I don't really like! that's the only down side to me.
