I chatted with both email and phone sales team members and was impressed by quick responses I received and the level of knowledge each salesperson had. Email questions take about sixty minutes to be responded to and there’s a wait time of less than five minutes to reach a sales rep.

Colocation America offers an enormous selection of dedicated servers and colocation services. My server, an Intel Xeon (Dual Xeon 2.4) had 4 gigabytes of RAM, two SCSI hard drives, 10,000 gigabytes of bandwidth, and ran $99/month. Though this was a monthly special at Colocation America, their regular server offerings are equally as affordable.

Support comes by telephone, trouble ticket system, live chat and email. I found that most tickets—even those not marked as urgent-- were answered in less than twenty minutes. Phone support is also quick and efficient, with an average wait time of three to five minutes. My only complaint is that live chat support is not always ‘live’ or available.
